Developer Payout Terms

Revenue share
Developers receive 70% of verified media spend allocated to their eligible impressions. WaitLayer keeps 30% of verified media spend. Platform fees are separate sponsor fees.
Payout eligibility
Only impressions that pass token validity, minimum visibility, duplication, and fraud-review checks are eligible.
Fraud review
Payouts may be held, reversed, or withheld where fraud signals or policy violations are detected.
Minimum thresholds
Minimum payout thresholds apply, and the first payout may require manual review.
Reversals and holds
Reversed, refunded, or rejected media spend is not eligible for payout.
Tax responsibilities
You are responsible for taxes on amounts you receive. We may require tax information before paying out.
Payout method availability
Cash, USDC, and compute-credit payouts are planned options. Availability may vary by region and compliance checks.
