WaitLayer turns those wait states into a clean, opt-in sponsor surface. Developers earn from real attention. Sponsors reach AI-native builders during their highest-intent moments. And nobody has to give up their privacy to make it work.

We made one hard commitment first: we measure the wait state, not your work. No code access. No prompt access. No completion access. No terminal-output collection. The allowlist is short, fixed, and enforced in the client before anything leaves your machine.

We are not a passive-income scheme, a crypto product, or adware. We are an adult company building a verified attention network with dev etiquette — clearly labeled, fraud-reviewed, and developer-relevant.

This is the founding beta. Developers help verify the first real inventory of terminal wait states. Sponsors fund the first campaigns. When verified impressions meet funded media spend, developers earn 70% of it. That is the whole idea.
