Common pricing questions
Can I buy one-off campaigns?
Founding sponsorships are reserved as monthly packages so we can guarantee creative review and rollover. One-off campaigns may be offered after launch — tell us your timing in the sponsor form.
What happens if inventory underdelivers?
Undelivered verified impressions roll forward as credit. You are billed for the package, but media value that is not delivered is carried into the next eligible window rather than lost.
Can I pause a campaign?
Yes. Founding sponsor campaigns can be paused between flights. Remaining verified media value is preserved as rollover credit.
Can I target by programming language?
No. WaitLayer never targets by source code, prompts, repo contents, or dependencies. Targeting is limited to agent surface, coarse region, and self-declared developer or campaign category.
Do developers really get 70%?
Yes. Developers receive 70% of verified media spend allocated to their eligible impressions. WaitLayer keeps 30% of media spend; platform fees are separate sponsor fees.
Are clicks priced separately?
Pricing is impression-based (CPM) at launch. Clicks are tracked and reported, and click-based pricing may be introduced later for sponsors who prefer it.
Do you support CPA pricing?
Not at launch. We start with verified CPM so delivery is provable without exposing developer work. CPA-style models may follow once attribution can be done privately.
