Creative approval
All sponsor creative is reviewed before launch to protect developer trust and network quality.
Allowed and banned categories
Developer-relevant products are allowed. No adult, gambling, weapons, malware, surveillance, predatory products, or sketchy crypto offers.
Media spend vs platform fees
Package pricing separates media spend from platform fees. Media spend funds verified impressions; platform fees fund review, reporting, fraud detection, and operations.
Underdelivery rollover
Undelivered verified inventory rolls forward as credit.
Refunds and reversals
Refund and reversal terms will be finalized with counsel. Fraudulent or rejected impressions are not billed as media spend.
Reporting limitations
Reporting proves delivery and performance without exposing developer work.
No targeting by private work
Sponsors may not target by source code, prompts, repo contents, dependencies, or private terminal output.
